I'm not sure it'd grow hair

I bought it to give it to my friend who has a hair problem. he said this product nourished his hair really well. but unfortunately, hair growth did not happened. maybe it's because he used just a month? maybe. I don't know. anyway, this product is a bit pricey and I'm not sure it would really grow hair or not.
